基层卫生防疫站直接担负着所在行政区域内疾病监测、预防、控制、消灭和提高人民健康水平的任务,工作范围广、头绪多、内容繁、难度大。因此,要搞好一个区域内的卫生防疫工作,需要有方针政策和人财物等方面诸多条件的保证。而在这诸多条件中,一个素质良好的基层卫生防疫站站长(以下简称站长)和以站长为中心的领导班子所发挥的最佳整体效能,足一个至关重要的条件。1 站长应该具备的素质
Grass-roots health and epidemic prevention stations are directly responsible for the task of monitoring, preventing, controlling, eradicating and improving people’s health in the administrative areas within their jurisdiction. They have a wide range of tasks, many clues, and are complex and difficult to implement. Therefore, in order to do a good job in sanitation and epidemic prevention within a region, there must be guarantees in terms of policies, human resources and other aspects. Among these conditions, the best overall effectiveness of the stationers of a good-quality primary health and epidemic prevention station (hereinafter referred to as the stationmaster) and the leadership team centered on the stationmaster is a crucial condition. 1 The qualities a webmaster should have
