作者对该院1977年11月～1980年8月间中西医结合治疗感觉神经性聋108例(183耳)进行初步总结。中药基本方剂:磁石60克,葛根45克,骨碎补45～60克,山药30克,白芍15克,川芎15克,酒大黄1.5～6.0克,甘草12克。在采用上方的基础上对患者进行辩证施治,随证加减。同时给予西药铁剂、维生素C和B_6口服,以利多卡因或葡萄糖酸钙作为阶段性辅助治疗。 按北京市耳鼻咽喉科研究所听力组制定的疗效标准评定,183耳中痊愈10耳(5.5％),显效54耳(29.5％),进步46耳(25.1％),无效73耳(39.9％),
