建设用地供应同比回落,土地出让量减价增上半年我国上地市场运行总体平稳,房地产用地供应高位回调。建设用地供应降幅有所扩大,基础设施用地占比增加明显。建设用地供应总量同比回落。上半年全国国有建没用地供应总量26.23万公顷,同比减少5.5%,降幅较1-5月(4.2%)扩大1.3个百分点,但与2012年同期(26.77万公顷)基本持平,仍处于历史高位。土地出让量减价增。上半年全国土地出让面积13.66万公顷,同比减少14.8%;土地出让合同价款1.73万亿
