刘涛大师简介刘涛,男,汉族,1960年3月出生,北京市人,中共党员。1982年8月北京邮电大学本科毕业。大学毕业后一直在中国移动通信集团设计院有限公司(原信息产业部北京邮电设计院/中京邮电通信设计院/京移通信设计院有限公司)从事光纤通信工程设计工作。先后担任京九广等国家大型重点光缆干线工程设计总负责人,国产第一条SDH 2．5Gbib/s(海口—三亚)和第一条DWDM 8 2．5Gbit/s(济南-青岛)光缆干线工程设计技术负责人,京津沪等W D M光缆干线扩容工程设计总体组负责人,历任中国移动通信集团设计院有限公司第一设计所副所长兼总工程师、院副总工程师兼技术处处长、第一设计所所长、第四届国家科技部“863”光纤通信专家组成员,现任中国移动通信集团设计院有限公司副院长、教授级高级工程师。兼任信息产业部通信科技委员会委员,中国通信学会高级会员,中国通信学会信息通信网络技术委员会委员,北京邮电大学电信工程学院兼职教授,享受政府特殊津贴专家,2006年被评为全国工程勘察设计大师。
Master Liu Tao introduction Liu Tao, male, Han nationality, born in March 1960, Beijing city, member of the Communist Party of China. August 1982 Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications graduate. After graduating from college, he has been engaged in the design of optical fiber communication projects in China Mobile Communications Group Design Institute Co., Ltd. (formerly Beijing Post and Telecommunications Design Institute / China Jing Posts and Telecommunications Design Institute / Beijing Mobile Communication Design Institute Co., Ltd.). He has successively held the posts of Head of Engineering Design of Large-scale Key Optical Cable Trunk of Beijing, Kowloon-Canton and other countries. The first domestic SDH 2.5Gbib / s (Haikou-Sanya) and the first DWDM 8 2.5Gbit / s (Jinan-Qingdao) Engineering design technology leader, Beijing-Tianjin-Shanghai WDM optical cable trunk expansion project design team leader, served as China Mobile Communications Group Co., Ltd. Design Institute of the first deputy director and chief engineer, deputy chief engineer and director of technology department , Director of the first design institute, member of the “863” optical fiber communication expert group of the 4th Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China, and now serves as the vice president and professor-level senior engineer of China Mobile Communications Group Design Institute Co., Ltd. He is also a member of the Communication Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Information Industry, a senior member of China Communications Society, a member of the Information Communication Network Technology Committee of China Communications Academy, an adjunct professor of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and an expert enjoying government special allowance. In 2006, he was honored as National Engineering Investigation and Design Master .
