全国钢标准化技术委员会二届二次委员会暨中国标协冶金标准化协会二届五次理事会于 2 0 0 0年 1月 1 9日至 2 1日在广东召开 ,国家冶金工业局、国家质量技术监督局、全国钢标委、冶金标协有关方面领导及部分企业代表参加了会议。此次会议围绕“冶金标准化与WTO”主题进行研讨 ,汇集发表了一些较有价值的学术性论文。本刊特开辟“冶金标准化与WTO”专栏 ,陆续刊登此次会议论文 ,以飨读者。
The Second Committee of the Second National Committee of China Steel Standardization Technical Committee and the Fifth Committee of China Association for Standardization of Metallurgical Standardization The second session of the Board of Governors was held in Guangdong from January 19 to January 21, 2000. The State Metallurgical Industry Bureau, the National Quality Technology Supervision Bureau, the National Steel Standard Committee, Metallurgical Standard Association leaders and some business representatives attended the meeting. The conference focused on the theme of “Standardization of Metallurgy and the WTO”, bringing together some of the more valuable academic papers. We hereby open up the column of “Metallurgical Standardization and the WTO” and publish the papers of the conference in succession to readers.
