为防止“吸毒”这一国际公害对我国的侵扰,中国药物依赖性研究所成立。 药物依赖是麻醉药品和毒品的一个特性,从全球范围看,滥用这种药物有着令人震惊的发展趋势。中国第一家药物依赖性研究所将为制止药物滥用在中国的发展发挥作用。
In order to prevent the “drug abuse” of this international public harassment on our country, China Institute of Drug Dependence was founded. Drug dependence is a characteristic of narcotic drugs and drugs and there is a shocking trend towards the abuse of this drug globally. China’s first drug dependence institute will play a role in stopping the abuse of drugs in China’s development.
