一如何發揮學生的自覺性和積極性 學習是學生自覺地與積極地掌握知識的過程,沒有學生自身的自覺性和積極性,是不可能取得知識和運用知識的。這對工農速成中學的學生來說,同樣有著極為重要的意義。工農速成中學要在三年內完成普通中學六年的基本課程,學生的政治覺悟較高,在學習上能夠熱心學業,這是達到「速成」的一個重要條件和根據。有的學生說:「老師,你不用關心我們,我們那是吃苦長大的,累不壞。」但是,不能以為這就等於他們在每一科的學習中,已經完全具有自覺地掌握知識,積極思考和應用知識的積極性了。他們在學習目的,學習方法上,都存在一些問題,教師需要在教學過程中來很好地應用這一原則。
