改革开放以来,我国的民营经济在迅猛发展的同时,也暴露出民营企业在财务管理方面存在的诸多问题。首先,文章结合作者主办的一起关于民营企业会计违法行为的举报案件阐述了民营企业的财务管理现状,总结了民营企业在经营管理方面的特点,分析了民营企业在财务管理方面存在的主要问题,最后就如何加强对民营企业的财政监督检查作了进一步的探讨,希望对有关管理人员提供一些参考建议。
