本文基于皮肤色素形成的生化反应聚合过程的生理基础,体外模拟聚合过程测定抗色素美容方剂及其所会主药:白术、白蒺藜、当归、川芎对多巴自氧聚合、紫外线促多巴聚合和促黑色素分解作用的影响。结果表明:抗色素美容方剂及四味主药对多巴聚合的阻碍率为:99.8%、98.1%、76.3%、89.1%、97.7%;抗紫外线催化率为:81.2%、82.6%、49.8%、14.6%、55.6%;促黑色素分解率为:61.5%、32.3%、36.5%、37.0%、42.0%。经相乘效果比较均有叠加性。该药为纯中药复方制剂,在治疗色素沉着类皮肤病有很好的应用前景。
