The study object of physical activity ability (PWC) in patients with cerebral palsy is mainly children, but there is little research on the PWC and training effect of adult cerebral palsy patients. Based on past work, this article assesses the physiological effects of adult cerebral palsy training. Seven patients with moderate to severe cerebral palsy were enrolled in the cases and methods. There were 5 males (mean age 29.6 ± 2.9 years) and 2 females (33.0 ± 10.0 years), including 5 with bilateral paralysis and 1 with triplegic , 1 hemiplegia.
