采用体内注射小牛血清、肾组织细胞短期培养、常规空气干燥法制备了施氏鲟(AcipenserschrenckiBrandt)的染色体,并进行了核型分析。施氏鲟二倍体的染色体为238±8条,其核型为78m+12sm+28st,t+120±mc,NF:328±。以外周血红细胞为样本,鸡的红细胞为对照,用美国产的FACStarPlus流式细胞仪测定了施氏鲟二倍体细胞核的DNA含量,其DNA含量为鸡的5.06倍,绝对含量为11.73±0.68pg/N。
Chromosomes of Acipenserschrencki Brandt were prepared by in vivo injection of bovine calf serum and short-term culture of renal tissue cells. The karyotypes were analyzed by conventional air-drying method. The chromosome of diploid of Acipenser schrenckii was 238 ± 8 with karyotype of 78m + 12sm + 28st, t + 120 ± mc and NF: 328 ±. Peripheral blood erythrocytes were taken as samples and chicken erythrocytes were used as control. The DNA content of diploid nucleus of Acipenser fastFur was determined by FACStarPlus flow cytometer. The DNA content was 5.06 times that of chicken with an absolute content of 11 .73 ± 0.68 pg / N.
