中小企业是在我国农村特殊历史条件下产生的新的经济组织形式,在改革开放30年以来,中小企业以其独特的发展道路和顽强的生命力,对我国的经济发展做出了重大的贡献。但在其发展过程中也面临一系列困难和挑战。通过从企业内部和政府两方面的分析,认为中小企业自身应从完善发展机制、提高企业素质和管理创新等方面增强实力,政府则应在政策优惠、金融服务等方面给予中小企业适当扶持。只有这样我市中小企业才能走出困境,健康发展。
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are new forms of economic organization that have emerged under the special historical conditions in rural China. Since the reform and opening up, SMEs have made significant contributions to China’s economic development with their unique development path and tenacious vitality. However, it faces a series of difficulties and challenges in its development. According to the analysis both inside and outside the government, SMEs think that SMEs themselves should enhance their capabilities in improving their development mechanism, improving the quality of their enterprises and innovating their management. The government should give appropriate support to SMEs in terms of preferential policies and financial services. Only in this way can SMEs out of the woods, healthy development.
