温州非公有制企业党建工作,天下闻名。早在1987年,温州瑞安建立浙江省第一个非公企业党支部以来,到1998年,中共正泰集团委员会成立(这是温州市第一个非公有制企业党委)。再至2010年,温州已发展非公企业党组织4227个,共有党员3.2万名,党组织覆盖1.6万家企业,非公企业党组织数量居全国地级市第一位。一位专家说,如此众多的党组织需要大批优秀的党组织书记。因此,党组织书记也就成为近20年温州最为热门的职业之一。
Wenzhou non-public enterprises party building work, world-famous. As early as 1987, since Wenzhou Shui On established Zhejiang Province’s first non-public enterprise party branch, by 1998, the CPPCC Chint Group Board was established (this is the first non-public-owned enterprise party committee in Wenzhou). To 2010, Wenzhou has developed 4227 non-public enterprise party organizations, a total of 32000 members, the party organization covers 16000 enterprises, the number of non-public enterprises ranks first in the prefecture-level cities. One expert said that so many party organizations need a large number of outstanding Party organization secretaries. Therefore, the party secretary has become one of Wenzhou’s most popular professions in recent 20 years.
