目的:优选射干扶正口服液提取工艺的最佳条件。方法:以方中君药射干的主要有效成分射干苷为指标,用正交实验法对射干口服液进行制备工艺的筛选。结果:射干口服液的最佳提取工艺为A1B2C2D2,即每次加水8倍,煎煮2次,第1次2小时,第2次1.5小时,醇沉浓度为50%。结论:优选出的射干口服液的提取工艺科学、合理。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Shegan Fuzheng oral liquid. Methods: The main active ingredient of Radix Cynanchi Pancreaticus was injected with glycosides as index, and the orthogonal experiment was used to screen the preparation of Shegan oral liquid. Results: The optimum extraction process of Shegan oral solution was A1B2C2D2, that is, 8 times of adding water each time, boiling 2 times, the first 2 hours, the second 1.5 hours, the alcohol sedimentation concentration was 50%. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process of Shegan oral liquid is scientific and reasonable.
