目的:评价“去骨”法在64层CT冠状动脉成像后处理中的应用。方法:选取80例CT冠状动脉成像后处理患者并随机分组,分别采用传统方法和“去骨”法处理图像,比较两者的图像后处理时间。结果:64层CT冠状动脉成像后处理时间在传统方法之间和“去骨”法之间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。采用传统方法和“去骨”法的CT冠状动脉成像后处理时间分别为(12.44±1.03)min、(8.62±1.75)min,两者之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:“去骨”法在64层CT冠状动脉成像后处理中可以明显缩短时间,提高工作效率。
PURPOSE: To evaluate the application of the “boneless” method in the 64-slice CT coronary angiography. Methods: Eighty patients undergoing CT coronary angiography were selected and randomly divided into groups. The images were processed by traditional method and “boneless” method, respectively. The image postprocessing time was compared between the two methods. Results: There was no significant difference between the conventional methods and the “deboned” method in 64 - slice CT coronary angiography post - processing time (P> 0.05). The post-processing time of CT coronary angiography was (12.44 ± 1.03) min and (8.62 ± 1.75) min, respectively, with the traditional method and the “boneless” method. There was a significant difference between the two methods (P <0.05). Conclusion: The “deboning” method can significantly shorten the time and improve the work efficiency in 64-slice CT coronary angiography.
