5,9-二酮癸酸(1)用酵母菌Sacchromyces rouxii Var.polymophus进行选择性还原,得一新化合物,9-羟基5-酮癸酸(6),得率44％。还原产物的结构经光谱分析得以证明。

5,9-dione decanoic acid (1) Selective reduction with yeast Sacchromyces rouxii Var. Polymophus gave a new compound, 9-hydroxy-5-ketodecanoic acid (6), yield 44%. The structure of the reduced product was confirmed by spectral analysis.
