间充质干细胞(MSC)是干细胞家族的重要成员,来源于发育早期的中胚层和外胚层,具有多向分化潜能、造血支持、免疫调控和自我复制等特征。利用MSC的特殊免疫学特性治疗相关疾病,并取得一定的疗效,但是其具体机制尚不明确且多集中在体外MSC对免疫细胞的影响,而动物模型以及人类疾病的关系很少涉及。鉴于此,本文先从MSC的一般生物学特性入手,进而分析MSC分别与T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞和树突状细胞(DC)共培养后对T细胞、B细胞和DC等细胞的免疫调节作用,同时利用MSC对不同细胞的免疫调控作用分析比较其临床应用的具体机制。
Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are important members of the stem cell family. They are derived from the mesoderm and ectoderm of early development, and have the characteristics of multi-directional differentiation, hematopoietic support, immune regulation and self-replication. The special immunological characteristics of MSC are used to treat related diseases and achieve certain curative effect. However, the specific mechanism of MSC is not yet clear and more focused on the influence of MSC on immune cells in vitro. However, the relationship between animal models and human diseases is seldom involved. In view of this, this article begins with the general biological characteristics of MSC, and then analyzes the immune regulation of T cells, B cells and DC after co-culture with T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes and dendritic cells (DCs) Role, at the same time the use of MSC on the immune regulation of different cells to compare the specific mechanism of its clinical application.
