风险投资不同利益主体之间会形成双重委托代理关系 ,并因此会产生相应的委托代理风险。风险投资的高效运作 ,必须以对这种委托代理风险的有效解决为前提。本文详细论述了风险投资运作中这种委托代理风险的治理问题。
Venture capital between different stakeholders will form a double principal-agent relationship, and thus will have the corresponding agency risk. The efficient operation of venture capital must be premised on the effective solution to the risk of such agency. This article discusses in detail the governance of this kind of principal-agent risk in venture capital operation.
