目的探讨急性心肌梗死的护理措施。方法 57例急性心肌梗死患者,入院后均给予早期诊断、积极救治、合理治疗,有效护理,并做好康复期及出院指导,观察其护理效果。结果对患者出院后2周、1个月、3个月、6个月进行随访,57例急性心肌梗死患者中,52例抢救成功,出院后生活自理,5例住院期间死亡,其中2例心源性休克死亡,2例室颤死亡,1例出院后2周心脏骤停死亡。救治成功率为91.2%。结论急性心肌梗死患者入院后早期诊断、积极救治、合理治疗,并采取有效的护理措施,能提高抢救成功率,收到良好的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the nursing measures of acute myocardial infarction. Methods 57 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients were given early diagnosis, active treatment, rational treatment, effective nursing after admission, and good rehabilitation and discharge guidance to observe the effect of nursing. Results The patients were followed up for 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after discharge. Of the 57 patients with acute myocardial infarction, 52 patients were successfully rescued, discharged after taking care of themselves and 5 died during hospitalization. Two of them Death from source shock, death from two ventricular fibrillation, and death from cardiac arrest two weeks after discharge. The treatment success rate was 91.2%. Conclusion Early diagnosis, active treatment and reasonable treatment after acute myocardial infarction patients admitted and effective nursing measures can improve the success rate of rescue and receive good therapeutic effect.
