专兼职工会干部工作、生活在职工群众中间,与职工群众最贴近。做好基层工会工作,必须要建设一支高素质的专兼职工会干部队伍。按照郑州铁路局工会《在新形势下加强车间工会建设的意见》,洛阳供电段工会以“创建精品工会组织,打造自主型车间工会”为目标,从优化队伍建设入手,不断创新培训方式,逐步完善管理机制,全力打造一支素质高、凝聚力强、感召力广的工会专兼职干部队伍,以增强基层工会组织的活力。
