某炉9SiCr钢φ120mm锻材出现中心裂纹,裂纹沿纵向贯穿于整个棒材(图1、2)。对裂纹断面区域做萃取复型(电解液为5%HCl+20%甘油甲醇溶液),对裂纹附近断面做二次碳复型,供电子显微镜观察。并对萃取复型上的萃取相进行了电子探针定性分析。
A furnace 9SiCr steel φ120mm forging the center of cracks, cracks along the longitudinal penetration throughout the bar (Figure 1,2). The area of the cracked section was subjected to extraction and compounding (5% HCl + 20% glycerol methanol solution), and a second carbon doublet was made on the cross section near the crack for electron microscopy. Electron probe qualitative analysis was carried out on the extraction phase of the extraction complex.
