众所周知,在人类的月经周期中宫颈粘液的容量,溶质度(osmolarity)及微液流学性能(m-icrorheologic properties)均发生周期性改变。宫颈粘液中除含有电解质、水份,蛋白质及酶之外,还含有激素。但过去既未曾报导宫颈粘液中含有促性腺激素,更未曾报导其发生周期性改变。本文通过对五个妇女月经周期每日宫颈粘液的检查,并采用放射免疫及生物鉴定法,首次证实了宫颈粘液中含有一种类似促黄体激素(以下简称为LH)的物质。在月经周期的滤泡期及黄体期,其在宫颈粘液中的含量较高,而在排卵前后却较低,
It is well-known that there is a periodic change in cervical mucus volume, osmolarity, and m-icrorheologic properties during the menstrual cycle in humans. Cervical mucus in addition to electrolytes, water, protein and enzymes, but also contain hormones.
