在斯德哥尔摩市地下用掘进机开挖了一条长7.5km的隧道。隧道直径为3.5m,将从许多建筑物下面穿过,由于不允许地面沉降,故防止水渗入隧道的规定是十分严格的。在用掘进机掘进的隧道前方不断进行钻孔探测并在遇到水时,在TBM(全断面隧道掘进机)通过前必须先对岩体注浆。 隧道开挖系统允许在TBM凿岩掘进期间同时进行钻孔探测。以往由于进行探测钻孔时要停止整个掘进作业,故钻孔探测成为一降低掘进能力的因素。工程采用的是专为开挖碛岩层而开发的新一代的TBM,该机的每一个刀具需要较高的推力以取得较高的贯入(切岩速度)。
A tunnel 7.5km long was excavated with a roadheader in the underground city of Stockholm. The tunnel, 3.5 m in diameter, will pass underneath many of the buildings. Since the subsidence of the ground is not allowed, the requirement to prevent water from entering the tunnel is very strict. Continuous drilling in front of a tunnel boring with a roadheader and in the event of water, the rock mass must be grouted before TBM (full section tunnel boring machine) passes. The tunnel excavation system allows simultaneous boring probing during TBM drilling. In the past due to the exploration drilling to stop the entire tunneling operation, so drilling detection to become a driving ability to reduce the factor. The project uses a new generation of TBMs developed specifically for the excavation of moraine strata, each of which requires a higher thrust for higher penetration (rockcutting).
