脑血流图(亦称脑电阻图),主要反映脑血管的功能状态—搏动性容量,血管阻力,弹性等功能。目前已广泛用于临床作为对脑血管病的辅助诊断方法之一,尤其对于诊断脑动脉硬化有一定的价值,国内曾有多次报道脑血流图的临床应用,但目前仍有少数临床医生对此检查抱有怀疑态度,我院于1982年10月8日～11月2日对本省部分老干部进行体检,脑血流图为常规检查项目之一。从检查结果中观察到各年令组脑血流图改变的规律,脑血流图明显表现出随着年令组的增长弹性减退和动脉硬化逐渐增加,颈内动脉系与椎动脉系脑血流图表现出弹性减退和动脉硬化者在颈内动脉系发病率较高,这与病理改变规律相符,根据检查结果,我们认为脑血流图完全可以作为诊断脑动脉硬化的指标,对中老年人的颈椎综合症了解椎动脉系的供血有一定参考价值。

From the examination results, we observed the changes of cerebral blood flow pattern in each group. The cerebral blood flow pattern clearly showed that with the increase of elasticity and the atherosclerosis of deciduous group increased gradually, the internal carotid artery and vertebral artery The flow chart showed a decrease in elasticity and a higher incidence of arteriosclerosis in the internal carotid artery, which is consistent with the pathological changes. According to the examination results, we believe that the cerebral blood flow diagram can be used as an index to diagnose cerebral arteriosclerosis. Cervical syndrome of human vertebral artery to understand the blood supply has some reference value.
