数学课堂的氛围对学生的学习效率起着关键性作用,如何营造良好的数学课堂学习氛围,是摆在缺乏教学经验的新教师面前急待解决、直接能决定其教学成败的关键问题。没有规矩无以成方圆,画圆需要用到圆规,然而,前进则不能完全沿着圆,否则只能回到原点。良好课堂氛围的创设不但需要规矩的确立,也应当适时打破常规,沿着切线离开既定的圆形轨道,方能去探寻更广阔的一片天空。作为新教师,可以从以下几个方面努力:一、良好氛围的基础——有效的课堂纪律

How to create a good classroom atmosphere for mathematics teaching is a key issue for new teachers who lack the teaching experience to be solved urgently and determine their teaching success directly.
