随着高等教育制度的变化,大学的就业制度和就业的改革经历了一个显着的转变。由于毕业生就业人数的急剧增加,高校大学毕业生在就业问题上面临各方面的挑战。一方面高校毕业生就业问题之一就是人才短缺,另一方面现有的毕业生就业困难。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法、书籍统计法等研究方法对北京体育大学艺术系2010届-2012届毕业生从实际就业率、意向就业率、期望薪金,工作满意度等方面进行具体的调查,进行数据统计,并对所得数据和相关资料进行了分析研究。根据调查的研究结果,提出我们应当为体育艺术系各专项的学生拓宽市场,能够使各专业的学生就业单一化的问题得到根本解决,使各专业的学生拓宽思路走出一条适合自身发展的新道路。
As the system of higher education changes, the university’s employment system and employment reform have undergone a significant change. Due to the drastic increase of the number of graduates, university graduates face various challenges in employment issues. On the one hand, one of the problems of employment for college graduates is the shortage of qualified personnel. On the other hand, existing graduates find it difficult to obtain employment. In this paper, through literature, questionnaire, expert interviews, logical analysis, book statistics and other research methods of Beijing Sport University Department of Art 2010-2012 graduates from the actual employment rate, the intention of employment, expected salary, work Satisfaction and other aspects of specific investigations, data statistics, and the resulting data and related data were analyzed. According to the findings of the survey, we propose that we should broaden the market for all students majoring in Physical Education and Sports, so that the employment of students from all major disciplines can be fundamentally solved. This will enable students from all disciplines to broaden their thinking and get out of a new path suitable for their own development .
