英语作为中国学生除母语之外要学习的另外一门语言,是一门必修课。但是,由于缺少像母语一样丰富而自然的语言环境,给学生造成了很多困难和障碍,使很多学生在英语学习上一直处于落后状态,对英语学习失去了兴趣,有的干脆放弃英语这门课。如何解决英语教学中存在的问题和困难是广大英语教学专家和一线教学的英语教师一直在探索的一个课题。不过,现阶段大家都有一个共识,那就是运用一切可以利用的方法和手段去创造一种适合学生学习英语、巩固英语和运用英语语言的语言环境,以此提高课堂英语教学和学习效果,培养学生的英语学习兴趣。而在课堂教学中设计游戏环节,将英语教学内容融入游戏中,是比较容易普及的一种方法,且能取得较好的效果。
