以教育科研为先导,深化教育改革,推进素质教育是我省苏南经济、教育较发达地区广大教育工作者创造的成功经验。张克滨同志对泗洪县开展教学科研工作的总结告诉我们,这一基本经验也完全适用于经济、教育欠发达的苏北地区。 泗洪县教委高度重视省内外优秀教改成果的推广工作;他们根据需要有选择地引进,又通过验证性的再实验来消化吸收这些优秀成果的宝贵经验;他们从调查研究入手,抓住影响当地教学改革的突出问题,组织全县教育工作者独立自主开展教学研究和改革实践的经历;他们把这两个方面结合起来走出了一条符合本地实际的开展教学研究、深化教学改革、推进素质教育的成功之路,都能给读者以深刻的启示。
Taking education and scientific research as a guide, deepening education reform, and promoting quality education are the successful experiences created by the majority of educators in the economically and educationally more developed regions of South Jiangsu Province. Comrade Zhang Kebin’s summary of the teaching and scientific research work in Sihong County tells us that this basic experience is also fully applicable to northern Jiangsu where economic and education are less developed.
