About Judith Barnett Judith Barnett has worked for the U.S. Clinton administration as Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Department of Commerce and is responsible for activities and programs in 68 countries including bilateral trade matters and regional projects. In 1998, Judith Barnett left the U.S. Clinton administration to come to PA Consulting Group (hereinafter referred to as PA) to act as a standing advisor. Joined PA after her original company Georgetown Global Investors was acquired in 2000. Barnett continues to serve at PA. One-stop service to U.S. companies that open up or expand trade and investment in the Middle East / North Africa, as well as Middle East / North African companies and agencies that seek to establish strategic partnerships with U.S. companies.
