针对由瑞士ABB公司制造的燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电机组的燃气轮机高温燃气部件在运行过程中出现的裂纹,分析了裂纹形成的原因,根据不同性质的裂纹,制定合理的补焊工艺,实践证明是可行的,避免了发电机组出现重大事故,提高了高温燃气部件的使用寿命,有显著的经济效益。
In view of the cracks that occur during the operation of gas turbine high temperature gas components of a gas-steam combined cycle generator manufactured by ABB of Switzerland, the reasons for the formation of cracks are analyzed. According to the cracks of different nature, a reasonable welding repair process is proved. Feasible, to avoid a major accident genset, improve the service life of hot gas components, with significant economic benefits.
