脑阻抗图是检查脑血管功能状态的方法之一,目前已被广泛应用。但其临床诊断价值,乃长期存在不少意见分歧。考其原因,我们认为主要是由于某些观察指标的含意不完全确切,某些观察指标的选择不尽合理之故。本文拟根据国内有关文献资料对波幅(h)这一常用的观察指标进行分析,并提出自己的建议。通常认为,波幅(h)是反映脑血管充盈程度或供血量的主要指标,是估价脑血流量的一项较好指标。但却难以解释如下两个事实:
Brain impedance map is to check the status of cerebrovascular function of one of the methods has now been widely used. It is generally believed that the amplitude (h) is a major indicator of cerebral blood flow filling or blood supply is a good indicator of cerebral blood flow assessment.
