课堂教学有“教师的教”和“学生的学”两部分构成,高效课堂的构建,离不开教师和学生双方的努力。新的教学理念认为,课堂教学中,教师应该扮演主导的角色,引导课堂上学习的进程,使自己的教学更加有效。要做到这一点,就要做好“备”“导”“评”三项工作。课堂学习中,学生应该认识到自己的主人角色,主动参与到课堂学习中,使自己的学习更有效果。只有师生双方齐心协力,才能共同打造生物高效课堂。
