随着经济社会的飞速发展,新闻媒体已成为公众获取信息的主要渠道之一。新闻记者作为传播者,肩负着宣传党的路线、方针、政策,以及反映群众的意见、诉求的重要任务,对经济发展、社会和谐具有重要作用。尤其是党的十八大以来,我党的新闻事业进入了一个新的时期,对新闻记者的职业道德和素养提出了更高的要求。为此,笔者尝试从新闻记者职业道德理论着眼,分析新闻记者职业道德现状,并从发扬新闻职业精神、加强新闻理论学习、建立健全监督机制等方面给出加强新闻记者职业道德建设的策略,为新时期树立新闻记者新形象提供有益参考。
With the rapid economic and social development, the news media has become one of the main channels for public access to information. As a communicator, journalists shoulder the important task of propagating the party’s line, principles and policies as well as reflecting the opinions and appeals of the masses and play an important role in economic development and social harmony. Especially since the 18th CPC National Congress, the press career of our party has entered a new period and put forward higher requirements on the professional ethics and accomplishment of journalists. Therefore, the author tries to analyze the status quo of journalists ’professional ethics from the perspective of journalist’s professional ethics and gives some strategies to strengthen journalists’ professional ethics from the aspects of developing journalism, strengthening journalism theory and establishing and improving supervision mechanism Providing New Reference for Establishing New Image of Journalist in New Period.
