本文利用中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查(CLHLS)2011—2012周期的数据,基于不同收入水平的角度,对影响老年人被动吸烟健康支出的因素进行了实证研究,并利用收入集中指数考察了老年人被动吸烟健康支出的不平等性,研究得出:老年人被动吸烟健康支出具有明显的亲富人性,且农村的不平等程度整体上要高于城市,城乡老年人在性别、退休金层级、退休前工作场所、子女的经济支持、高龄老年人被动吸烟状况上的差异进一步加深了其在被动吸烟健康支出上的不平等。
Based on the CLHLS data from 2011 to 2012, this paper conducts an empirical study on the factors influencing the elderly’s passive smoking health expenditure based on different income levels.
