作为一项多点联动的综合性工作,高职院校的学生管理开展有一定的复杂性。由于共青团的特殊属性,在开展学生管理的过程中应充分发挥其职能。在当前的高职院校学生管理工作开展过程中,共青团的职能在一定程度上讲并未充分发挥。通过对相关原因进行分析,找出完善措施和应对措施,以提升共青团组织在高职院校学生管理工作中的作用。
As a multi-point and comprehensive work, the management of students in higher vocational colleges has certain complexity. Due to the special attributes of the Communist Youth League, it should give full play to its functions in carrying out student management. In the current process of student management in higher vocational colleges, the functions of the Communist Youth League did not give full play to some extent. By analyzing the relevant reasons, we can find out the perfect measures and countermeasures to improve the role of Communist Youth League in the management of students in higher vocational colleges.
