本文根据我国国情及煤炭赋存情况，提出我国建设高产高效矿井，不能抄袭国外模式，而应走自己的道路；论证了应走技术多层次的量大、面广、效益高的途径，即发展长壁综采、短壁综采、高档普采和炮采四种类型的高产高效矿井，称之为有中国特色的高产高效矿井；阐述了有中国特色的高产高效矿井的含义、建设目的、意义和可能性；并提出有中国特色的高产高效矿井的标准和装备水平的建议。
Based on China’s national conditions and the occurrence of coal, this paper puts forward that our country should build a high-yield and high-efficiency mine and can not copy the foreign model, but should go its own way. This paper argues that we should take a multi-level approach to large-scale, The four types of high-yield and high-efficiency mines with long-wall fully mechanized mining, short-wall fully mechanized mining, high-grade general mining and blast mining are called high productivity and high efficiency mines with Chinese characteristics. The meaning, purpose of construction with high yield and high efficiency mines with Chinese characteristics, Significance and possibility; and proposed with Chinese characteristics of high yield and high efficiency standards and equipment mine equipment recommendations.
