The author is an old security guard who has been working in security for 20 years. I witnessed the arduous course of development of Beijing security from scratch, from small to large. The security service fee has increased from 400 yuan to 500 yuan to 1300 yuan 1,500 yuan, the salaries of security guards from the original more than 100 yuan to the present more than 1,000 yuan, from this set of figures is not difficult to see that there should be a great development. However, not always, the present standard of service fee of $ 1,300 to $ 1,500 is a big profit for those state-owned security companies that may not have the previous standard of service fee of $ 400 to $ 500. However, for those private security companies, the profit of such private security companies is quite substantial Rich. This creates a competition for state-owned security companies can not pick up customers, private security companies can access, this competition should be regarded as unfair competition, but what is the solution? Clearly state-owned companies and private companies from the security service fee So how can state-owned companies do to enhance their competitiveness? Therefore, state-owned companies have started to work hard to reduce costs and find potential from the security guards’ equipment to make them less capable Less hair, hair loss can be fatal, thereby reducing investment and avoid waste. In addition, we also tap potential from the training of security guards, shorten the training time of security guards as much as possible, and reduce the initial investment so as to greatly reduce the costs and thus reluctantly survive with private companies. However, what is the result of such a move? Now the quality of security guards is a sharp decline,
