目的观察步长稳心颗粒与酒石酸美托洛尔片联合治疗快速心房纤颤的疗效。方法将88例快速房颤的患者随机分组,治疗组44例采用步长稳心颗粒与酒石酸美托洛尔片联用治疗;对照组44例单纯应用酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗。观察临床疗效、心室率的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为90.91%,对照组总有效率为70.45%。两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论步长稳心颗粒与酒石酸美托洛尔片联用治疗快速房颤有明显疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of step-stabilizing granule and metoprolol tartrate tablet in the treatment of rapid atrial fibrillation. Methods A total of 88 patients with rapid AF were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 44), treatment group (n = 44) treated with step-stabilizing granule and metoprolol tartrate tablets, and control group (n = 44) treated with metoprolol tartrate alone. Observation of clinical efficacy, ventricular rate changes. Results The total effective rate was 90.91% in the treatment group and 70.45% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Step-stabilizing granules and metoprolol tartrate tablets in combination with the treatment of atrial fibrillation have a significant effect.
