综述了硫酸铵盐在不同环境下的形成/转化机理以及氨逃逸对燃煤PM2.5排放特征的影响,论述了氨逃逸、SCR运行参数和烟气组分等因素对硫酸铵盐形成特征的影响,分析了氨逃逸对沿程设备安全运行的影响。最后,对今后氨逃逸及其衍生细颗粒物深度减排的研究方向进行了展望,指出探索硫酸铵盐在烟风系统中的迁移转化规律及实现氨逃逸主动控制具有重要意义。
The formation and transformation mechanism of ammonium sulfate salt under different environments and the effect of ammonia slip on PM2.5 emission from coal combustion were reviewed. The characteristics of formation of ammonium sulfate salt including ammonia slip, SCR operating parameters and flue gas components were discussed Influence, analyze the escape of ammonia on the safe operation of equipment along the impact. Finally, the future research directions of ammonia slip and its derivative fine particles emission are prospected, and it is of great significance to explore the migration and transformation rules of ammonium sulfate salt in the smoke system and realize the active control of ammonia slip.
