教育走出困境的关键在于重视教育的大气候的形成,在于国家决策者及各地父母官对教育在国民经济发展中战略地位的清晰认识。本文论及的仅仅是教育内部的一个方面,即对于教学,我们应该做些什么和能够做些什么。
The crux of education going out of the dilemma lies in the formation of an atmosphere of great importance to education and the clear understanding of the strategic status of education in the development of the national economy by the national policy makers and parents everywhere. This article deals with just one aspect of education that is, what we should do and what we can do about teaching.
