焊接是通过加热和加压,或两者并用,并且用或不用填充材料,使工件达到结合的一种工艺方法。由于焊接方法经济、灵活,能简化结构的构造细节,节约材料,提高生产效率,改善工人劳动条件。因此,焊接技术广泛应用于船舶、车辆、机械、桥梁、航空航天和石油化工等各行各业。本文针对在材料焊接加工中,焊件焊接合格率较低的问题,研究了焊接过程中,焊件的热力学过程和组织变化,指出了焊接过程中主要的焊接缺陷和影响焊件合格率的主要原因。并提出了相应的温度控制和提高焊件合格率的对策,对相关研究具有一定的借鉴意义。
Welding is by heating and pressure, or a combination of both, and with or without filling material, the workpiece to achieve a combination of technology. As the welding method is economical and flexible, the structural details of the structure can be simplified, the materials can be saved, the production efficiency can be improved, and the working conditions of the workers can be improved. Therefore, welding technology is widely used in ships, vehicles, machinery, bridges, aerospace and petrochemical industries. In this paper, the problem of low pass rate of weldment in the welding of materials is studied in this paper. The thermodynamic process and the microstructure change of the weldment during the welding process are studied. The main welding defects and the qualification of weldment are pointed out the reason. And put forward the corresponding temperature control and measures to improve the qualified rate of the weldment, which has certain reference significance for the related research.
