随着老龄化社会的到来,退休职工群体的扩大,以及退休职工精神需求的提升,退休职工工作呈现出了新的形势。在这样一个背景下,我们应该积极创新,迎合时代发展的需求,丰富退休职工的生活,解决退休职工的问题,切实做好退休职工的各项管理与服务工作。本文将以江苏省血液中心为例,就新时期做好退休职工工作展开探究和思考。
With the advent of an aging society, the expansion of retired workers’ groups, and the improvement of the spiritual needs of retired workers, the work of retired workers has shown a new situation. Against such a background, we should actively innovate to cater for the needs of the development of the times, enrich the lives of retired employees, solve the problems of retired employees, and earnestly carry out various management and service work for retired employees. This article will take Jiangsu Province Blood Center as an example to explore and think well about the retired workers in the new period.
