笔者从审判实践和与社会的接触中得知,当前在赡养老年人问题上存在许多不正确的观念,这既不符合《老年人权益保障法》、《婚姻法》有关规定,又对解决目前不断攀升的赡养案件不利,必须予以纠正。
The author learned from trial practice and contact with the society that there are many incorrect concepts on the support of the elderly at present.
