本文在文献[1、2]研究的基础上,针对缝纫机的特点,导出了适合连杆式挑线机构的新的优化数学模型。按照不同情况,给出了可供选择的几种目标函数。为了使主要影响缝纫质量的供线和挑线时刻得到精确保证,利用了曲线极值存在的必要条件作为挑线轨迹最高点和最低点的约束。最后,还对一高速平缝机的挑线机构进行了多目标的优化设计。本文中提出的机构优化数学模型是较简单和较有效的。
Based on the literature [1,2], aiming at the characteristics of sewing machine, this paper derived a new optimization mathematical model suitable for connecting rod thread take-up mechanism. According to different situations, several objective functions are given. In order to ensure the quality of the main influence on the sewing thread and take time to get accurate assurance, the use of the necessary conditions of the curve extremum as the highest point and the lowest point of the trajectory constraints. Finally, the multi-objective optimization design of the thread take-up mechanism of a high-speed sewing machine is also carried out. The mechanism optimization mathematical model proposed in this paper is relatively simple and effective.
