原全国通用标准《压缩空气站设计规范》TJ29—73使用多年,内容已陈旧,难以适应近年来技术发展的要求,已不能起到指导设计的作用。根据国家计委[1986]250号文的通知,由我院会同其他设计院对原规范进行了修订。规范修订组(以下简称规范组)在广泛调查研究的基础上,认真分析了原规范在执行过程中的成功和不足之处后保留了原规范中行之有效的规定,修改了不符合实际的部分,补充了一些新的内容。原规范修改补充的主要内容:安全、环境保护、节能和空气干燥净化。现简介如下。一、主要技术问题的确定 1.压缩空气系统燃爆问题压缩空气系统燃爆事故,在国肉外均有发生。在这次修订中,经多方调研之后,对原规范作了修
The original national common standard “Design Specification for Compressed Air Stations” TJ29-73 has been used for many years. The content is obsolete and it is difficult to adapt to the requirements of technological development in recent years. It has not been able to play a guiding role in design. According to the notice of the State Development Planning Commission [1986] No. 250, the original specification was revised by our institute and other design institutes. On the basis of extensive investigation and study, the Specification Revision Group (hereinafter abbreviated as the Specification Group) carefully analyzed the successes and inadequacies of the original specification, retained the effective provisions of the original specification, and revised the parts that were not in conformity with the actual requirements. Added some new content. The main contents of the original specification amendment supplement: safety, environmental protection, energy conservation and air-drying purification.
