应用补体介导细胞毒法体外消除2例白血病骨髓中残存瘤细胞,并作自身骨髓移植。用国产CD7单抗(LN67-8及LS93-2,IgG2b)首次净化1例T-ALL骨髓及CD10单抗(55,IgG2a)净化1例CALLA+-ALL。靶细胞清除率均达3个对数级,骨髓CFU-GM回收率分别为57.6%~75.8%及51.7%~72.3%。T-ALL病人移植后26天获造血重建。现已完全缓解3年,首次证实国产单抗LN67-8及LS93-2净化骨髓有效、安全。
Application of complement-mediated cytotoxicity in vitro to eliminate residual leukemia in 2 cases of bone marrow cells, and for their own bone marrow transplantation. One case of CALLA + -ALL was purified by CD69 monoclonal antibody (LN67-8, LS93-2, IgG2b) and T-ALL bone marrow and CD10 monoclonal antibody (55, IgG2a). The target cell clearance rate reached 3 logarithmic levels, and the bone marrow CFU-GM recoveries were 57.6% -75.8% and 51.7% -72.3%, respectively. T-ALL patients were hematopoietic reconstructed 26 days after transplantation. Has been completely relieved for 3 years, for the first time confirmed that the domestic monoclonal antibody LN67-8 and LS93-2 purification of bone marrow effective and safe.
