中共福建省委于一月份发出关于加强报刊发行工作的指示.指示要求各地(市)县委在当前有利形势下,应加强对报刊发行工作的领导,充分运用报刊对农民进行社会主义教育,指导各项中心工作.为了做好这一工作,提出四项重要措施:(一) 各地党委切实加强对报刊发行工作的领导.党委要定期讨论并检查这一工作,县级党委特别要经常检查报刊在农村的发行情况.(二) 进一步组织社会发行力量.要求把各机关、团体、企业、学校的报刊发行站普遍建立起来.规定各单位的发行站由本单位的党组织负责政治思
