近年来,我国南方各省不少地区采用杂交水稻作早稻栽培获得了高产。但由于目前推广的杂交水稻生育期比一般早稻品种长,生产上需要提前播种,因此常常遭受低温危害,造成烂秧,浪费了珍贵的杂交种子。采用薄膜和温室育秧方法,虽然可以暂时躲避生长初期的低温威胁,但在插秧后遇到低温侵袭时,仍有不少生长停滞、生育期延长,影响下季稻正常插秧。因此,寻求提高杂交早稻抗寒能力的办法对生产有重要意义。在研究低剂量电离辐射对杂交水稻的刺激效应中发现:低剂量~(60)Co辐射对杂交水稻南优六号生长前规的抗寒能力有显著提高。现将试验简要报导如下:
In recent years, many areas in southern provinces of our country have used hybrid rice for early rice cultivation to obtain high yield. However, due to the fact that the current hybrid rice has a longer growing period than that of other early rice varieties, it needs to be planted in advance so that it is often endangered by low temperature, causing rotten seedlings and wasting precious hybrid seeds. Thin film and greenhouse seedling method, although it can temporarily avoid the threat of low temperature at the beginning of growth, but after transplanting encountered low temperature invasion, there are still many growth stagnation, growth period, affecting the next season rice transplanting. Therefore, to seek ways to improve the ability of cold-tolerant hybrid rice production of great significance. In the study of stimulating effects of low-dose ionizing radiation on hybrid rice, it was found that low-dose ~ (60) Co radiation significantly enhanced the ability of cold-resistance of the hybrid rice Nanyou 6 before its growth. Now the brief report of the experiment is as follows:
