Evans综合征是在1949年由Evans等人首先报道,是少见病例之一。Evans综合征(ES)是指原发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)与自身免疫性溶血性贫血(AIHA)并存的一种疾病。多数两种疾病同时出现或先有ITP而后有AIHA;但也有先出现AIHA,经一段时间出ITP。后者国内仅有3例报告。也有作为系统性播散性红斑狼疮的前驱症状出现而移行到红斑狼疮。
Evans syndrome was first reported by Evans et al in 1949 and is one of the rare cases. Evans syndrome (ES) is a condition coexisting with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA). Most of the two diseases occur either simultaneously with or after ITP, but AIHA is also present first, with ITP after a period of time. The latter only three cases of domestic reports. There are also migrating to lupus erythematosus as a precursor to systemic disseminated lupus erythematosus.
