第四次全国特殊教育工作会议正在紧张筹备中,关心残疾人教育事业的人们在热切期待。自2001年4月第三次全国特殊教育工作会议以来,我国的特殊教育加速发展,特教学校规模迅速壮大,有特殊教育需要的残疾儿童少年入学率大幅提高。毋庸讳言,发展中也一定会暴露出很多问题,这些问题如何解决,直接关系到我国特殊教育能否走上健康的、可持续发展的快车道。让我们倾听来自特教一线的两位老师提出的问题和建议。本栏目将继续为热心人士和专业人士提供平台,供大家畅谈对于特殊教育事业的真知灼见和箴言良策。
The Fourth National Special Education Working Conference is under intense preparation. People who are concerned about the education of persons with disabilities are looking forward to it. Since the Third National Special Education Conference in April 2001, the special education in our country has been accelerated. The size of the special education school has rapidly expanded. The enrollment rate of disabled children and adolescents with special education needs has increased substantially. Needless to say, many problems will certainly be revealed in the development. How to solve these problems has a direct bearing on whether our special education can embark on a fast track for sound and sustainable development. Let us listen to the questions and suggestions put forward by the two teachers in special education. This section will continue to provide a platform for enthusiasts and professionals to talk about the insights and proverbs of special education.
